As a Customer Advisor with our award winning company, you will work in a contact centre where schedules are driven by peak business needs. Full and part time positions are offered to meet the demands of the contact centre and the flexibility demanded by you.
A courteous manner and strong keyboarding skills are essential, strengthened by your ability to work independently and exercise good judgement. Highly detail- oriented by nature, you ideally have some customer service and/or collections experience. You adapt quickly to changing situations and are dedicated to continuous improvement and customer service excellence. Meanwhile your great communication skills identify you as an ideal candidate for our community-oriented team.
By completing this application, you will be applying for a position with United Utilities to work in our contact centre where with every customer interaction you will be expected to maintain a positive customer relationship. The skills and experiences vary across the different areas of the business such as responding to written correspondence or complaints, answering customer service enquiries, or or dealing with service faults and Incidents. Selling and up-selling to new and existing customers is a key responsibility of the position, requiring agents to be in "sales mode" at times. Full training will be provided to help Customer Advisors achieve success in this area.
